Welcome to Savr Leb (“Savr Leb”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Savr Leb website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Savr Leb.

1. Platform Overview

Savr Leb is an online multi-vendor discount marketplace that enables users to discover, purchase, or redeem discounts, offers, products, and services provided by independent third-party vendors.

Savr Leb does not own, sell, or control the products or services offered by vendors unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

To use Savr Leb, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

3. Accounts & Registration

3.1 User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Vendor Accounts

Vendors must provide accurate business information and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules.

Savr Leb may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate vendor accounts at its sole discretion.

4. Discounts, Offers & Transactions

  • Discounts and offers are provided by vendors and are subject to availability, terms, and expiration dates

  • Savr Leb does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or fulfillment of any offer

  • Prices, availability, and conditions are determined by vendors

Once a transaction is completed, the vendor is solely responsible for fulfillment.

5. Payments & Fees

  • Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers

  • Savr Leb may collect commissions, service fees, or subscription fees from vendors

  • Savr Leb is not responsible for payment processing errors caused by third-party providers

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes

  • Refund and cancellation policies are set by individual vendors

  • Savr Leb is not obligated to issue refunds for vendor-related issues

  • Users must resolve disputes directly with vendors whenever possible

Savr Leb may assist in dispute resolution but does not guarantee outcomes.

7. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors agree to:

  • Provide accurate descriptions of products, services, and discounts

  • Honor published offers and redemption terms

  • Comply with consumer protection, tax, and commercial laws

  • Handle customer service, fulfillment, and refunds

Vendors are fully responsible for their listings and interactions with users.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Post false, misleading, or deceptive content

  • Interfere with the Platform’s security or functionality

  • Abuse discounts, promotions, or referral systems

  • Infringe on intellectual property or third-party rights

Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Savr Leb, including logos, branding, designs, software, and text, is owned by or licensed to Savr Leb.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services.

Savr Leb does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Savr Leb makes no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy or reliability of vendor listings

  • Availability of discounts or services

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savr Leb shall not be liable for:

  • Vendor actions, omissions, or service failures

  • Losses arising from discounts, products, or services

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Savr Leb’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) to Savr Leb by the user in the preceding 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savr Leb from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your dealings with vendors

14. Termination

Savr Leb may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.

16. Changes to These Terms

Savr Leb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
